    There is a time and place for medications. Upon completing your comprehensive evaluation I will determine whether I believe medications, in combination with other methods of treatment, can be helpful for you.

  • Psychotherapy

    My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic in that I borrow from cognitive behavioral therapy subtypes and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I will listen to your story, help you process difficult experiences, and teach you skills to help with your automatic thoughts.

  • Mind-Body Skills

    I will teach you techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. I draw on a combination of meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques all to help regulate your emotions and build resilience.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    Optimizing your diet can help improve your overall mental health. We will take a closer look at your nutrition and make changes that can be maintained long term.

  • Nutraceuticals

    Evidence-based guidance and access to high-quality nutraceuticals carefully selected to address specific mental health concerns and enhance overall well-being.

  • Lab Testing

    I will only order lab testing that I believe will provide utility for your treatment and/or is required for monitoring purposes.

Initial Comprehensive Evaluation

(90 min)

This is the base for all of our future work together. During this visit I will listen to your story.  We will discuss relevant history, goals and preferences when it comes to your treatment. This includes any forms, labs and intake forms that are reviewed before your visit.

This consultation is for those who are seeking a second opinion or wanting to discuss treatment in the context of pregnancy/lactation. During this consultation we will review your past medical and psychiatric history as well as current symptoms. Then, we will verify your diagnosis and come up with a treatment plan which will be integrative in nature. If applicable, we will discuss medication safety in the context of pregnancy and lactation as well as potential changes in symptoms that may occur during these periods. After our consultation I will send a report to whomever is managing your current psychiatric care: PCP, OB-GYN, or psychiatrist.

  • At least 24 hours of advance notice must be given for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be considered a “no show” and will result in a charge of 100% of the total rate.

  • To uphold the exceptional standard of specialized and comprehensive care for all my patients, I have chosen not to accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your health insurance for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
